DTH Drill: Flexible Operation in Narrow Tunnel Spaces

  1. Narrow tunnels (urban/subway expansions) limit large equipment. Small DTH drill with compact design work ideally here.
  2. Optimized structure: 1.2-1.5m width, ≤2m height for tight passages. Folding arms rotate 360° with 1.8m minimum radius. Tracked models climb 20° slopes easily.
  3. Low-noise engines (<85dB) and dry dust collectors (<2mg/m³) suit poor ventilation. Hydraulic controls let one person operate all functions.

 

In a 3.5m×4m subway tunnel, two drills finished 80 grouting holes daily. 3x faster than manual work with lower labor intensity.
