Maintenance and care precautions for hydraulic water well drilling rig
Maintenance of the hydraulic drilling rig system should start only after the hydraulic oil is completely cooled. This is because the system retains residual heat and pressure shortly after operation. When maintaining heated and pressurized hydraulic devices, there is a risk of hot parts or oil suddenly flying out or spraying, which may cause serious injuries. When removing plugs or studs, keep all body parts and face away from them, as they may still be pressurized even in a cooled state.
- After shutdown, pull the control lever several times to release residual pressure from the system.
- Avoid inspecting and maintaining the travel and swing motor circuits on slopes, as they may be pressurized by gravity.
- When connecting hydraulic hoses and pipes, ensure sealing surfaces are free of dirt and avoid damage.
- Clean hoses, pipes, and the interior of the oil tank with cleaning fluid, and wipe them dry before connection.
- Use sealing rings without damage or defects.
- Do not twist high-pressure hoses when connecting them.
- When adding hydraulic oil, use the same grade and do not mix with other grades. If replacing with another grade, thoroughly replace all hydraulic oil in the system.
- Do not start the engine when the hydraulic oil tank is empty or low on oil.
