Equipment maintenance and care: Ensuring the depth and efficiency of water well drilling rig
Many people using su kuyusu sondaj kulesi only focus on operation but neglect equipment maintenance. In fact, good maintenance is a key foundation to ensure the rig’s depth and efficiency, keeping it in “healthy” condition at all times.
Daily inspection is the first step of maintenance. Before each day’s operation, conduct a comprehensive check of all rig components, including drill pipes, bits, hydraulic pipelines, and electrical systems. Check if drill pipes are bent or cracked, how much bits are worn, whether hydraulic pipelines leak, and if electrical wires are damaged. Identify and address issues promptly to prevent minor faults from escalating into major problems that affect work progress.
Regularly lubricate the drilling rig. Many moving parts of the rig, such as bearings and gears, generate friction during operation. Without timely lubrication, component wear accelerates and equipment performance declines. According to the equipment manual, regularly add suitable lubricants to each lubrication point to effectively reduce friction, extend component service life, and ensure stable rig operation.
For vulnerable parts, maintain reserves and replace them promptly. Vulnerable parts like bits, drill pipe joints, and seals will inevitably wear out after long-term use. Stock a certain number of vulnerable parts in advance and replace them in a timely manner when significant wear is detected, avoiding work delays due to waiting for spare parts. Paying attention to equipment maintenance provides solid support for the depth and efficiency of water well drilling rig.
