井戸掘削リグ
Water Well Drilling Rigs
As core equipment for groundwater development, water well drilling rigs demonstrate diverse classifications and working principles. Based on rock-breaking methods, they fall into three categories:
Rotary Drills: Cut rock layers via rotating drill bits, ideal for complex geological conditions.
Percussion Drills: Use gravity impact to break hard rock layers, commonly applied in shallow well construction.
Compound Drills (Rotary-Percussion): Combine both technologies to enhance penetration efficiency, suitable for gravel beds and special strata.
Key components include a drilling mast, power system, and circulation flushing system. Modern rigs commonly utilize hydraulic drive technology, such as crawler-type hydraulic drills with telescopic masts and high-pressure air compressors, balancing mobility and heavy-load capacity.
Applications span:
Agricultural irrigation & residential water supply
Geological exploration & core sampling
Foundation pile construction & tunnel ventilation
Technological advancements focus on full hydraulic control and modular designs.
