1. Mandatory maintenance and inspection

After the running-in period, the drilling rig needs to be mandatory maintained, focusing on checking the tightness of the connecting bolts and pins of each component, and adjusting key parameters such as track tension and chain tightness. Check the sealing to prevent oil leakage and ensure that the whole machine is clean and free of oil accumulation.

Oil replacement and replenishment

Replace the lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel used during the running-in period to avoid impurities affecting equipment performance. Check the oil quality to ensure that it meets the equipment requirements and replenish it to the standard liquid level when necessary.

2. Lubrication and cleaning management

Strengthen lubrication measures

Add grease (such as lithium-based G2-L1) regularly according to the requirements of the lubrication points, and focus on maintaining high-wear parts such as power heads and bearings. Clean or replace the oil filter and hydraulic oil filter regularly to prevent impurities from clogging the oil circuit.

Deep cleaning and anti-corrosion

Remove oil and dust from the surface of the machine to keep the appearance clean; perform rust prevention on metal parts to avoid corrosion in acidic and alkaline environments.

3. Replacement of wearing parts and fault prevention

Replace wearing parts in time

Check and replace wearing parts such as power head trolley block, air filter paper filter element, O-ring, hose, etc. to avoid failures due to aging.

Preventive maintenance

Regularly check the hydraulic system pressure and cooling system efficiency to prevent overheating or insufficient pressure. Establish a “fourteen-character” maintenance method (cleaning, inspection, tightening, adjustment, lubrication, anti-corrosion, replacement) to form a standardized maintenance process.
