  2. Pipe joint connection: Use compression or welded joints for reliability. Tighten with proper tools, check for looseness, especially in vibrating areas. A loose motor joint leaked—re-tightening solved it.
  3. Pressure and temperature control: Keep pressure within design limits to reduce seal wear. Control oil temperature at 30-50℃ to slow aging. Overpressure from a faulty valve damaged seals—fixing it extended seal life over 6 months.
