The Types of Air Compressors Used in Water Well Drilling

Reciprocating piston air compressors, on the other hand, were more commonly used in the past but have been gradually phased out.
Their decline is due to several factors, including higher maintenance requirements and lower efficiency compared to rotary screw compressors.
However, in some specific situations or in regions with limited resources, reciprocating piston air compressors may still be in use.
