Before starting drilling, make full preparations. Accurately measure and mark the drilling position to ensure accuracy; fully preheat the rig to get all components into optimal working condition. Moreover, plan the drilling scheme in advance based on geological exploration data, determine suitable drilling parameters, and stay well-prepared.
During drilling, closely monitor the rig’s operation status. Detect anomalies in time by observing instrument data and listening to equipment sounds. Byvoorbeeld, when drilling resistance suddenly increases, don’t blindly increase feeding pressure. Instead, reduce drilling speed, test slowly, analyze the cause, and avoid damaging equipment. Meanwhile, reasonably control the discharge of cuttings to keep the borehole clean and prevent drilling efficiency loss due to cuttings accumulation.
When the borehole reaches the predetermined depth, the tripping operation also requires skills. Trip out slowly and smoothly to avoid hole collapse or drill pipe breakage caused by excessive speed. During tripping, promptly clean cuttings from the bit and check the wear of the bit and drill pipe to prepare for the next operation.
