Precautions for water well drilling rig operation

Things to note before construction:

(1) The front and rear outriggers of the water drilling rig should not be raised too high, but the tires should be off the ground; sleepers should be placed under the outriggers to ensure that the drilling rig will not overturn due to ground collapse;

(2) Keep the derrick vertical during operation, and adjust the outrigger height to align the derrick if necessary;

(3) When lifting the derrick, pay attention to retracting and releasing the wire rope to prevent the wire rope from scratching the equipment on the vehicle, and install the derrick to the ground rope in time; the derrick should be raised and lowered slowly and evenly, and the derrick vibration is not allowed;

(4) The lifting and feeding system is limited to 30 tons. When the load is greater than 30 tons, use the winch to open the floating valve group of the oil cylinder on the drilling tower, and turn the wrench to the floating position;

(5) When the power head runs quickly to the limit position of its upper and lower stroke, the hand lever should be used to avoid the power head running too fast and colliding with other equipment on the drilling tower;

(6) The rated pressure of each circuit of the drilling rig hydraulic system has been adjusted before leaving the factory. It is strictly forbidden to adjust it without authorization;

(7) If an accident such as drill jam occurs during the drilling process of the drilling rig, the drilling rig can be operated with large lifting force and large torque at a slow speed to facilitate handling of accidents in the hole. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the power head pipeline without authorization;

(8) Regularly add lubricating oil to each lubrication point according to the drilling rig lubrication table.

Things to note after construction:

(1) After the construction is completed, the front and rear legs should be retracted to avoid the departure angle of the vehicle being too small when running.

(2) Apply lubricating oil on the guide rail of the drilling tower and clean the surface of the drilling rig.

(3) After completing one hole, clean the air filter of the diesel engine and the upper diesel engine.

(4) After the construction is completed, the entire set of equipment and tools must be maintained and stored in the warehouse to avoid being exposed to the sun and rain. Grease should be applied to the exposed parts to prevent rust.
